    Well, last week I did a post titled Pickin' Daisies and in it I mentioned that I was going to be dragging Daniel with me to Harris Teeter for Super Doubles.  This was my first time doing Super Doubles or even coupon shopping at Harris Teeter.  I've been clipping coupons for awhile, but my closest grocery stores are Food Lion and Wal-Mart.  The closest Harris Teeter is 25 minutes away and the one we went to on Friday is about 35 minutes away.  I had all my stuff together and organized.  We needed some things that were not on sale and did not have coupons for all we bought, but we still did pretty good.  Out total bill should have been $329.67, but we only spent $140.25.  That's a savings of $189.42, which is about 42% saved overall.

If you only count the items we used double coupons for, FREE Items, and on sale meat our total should have been $233.36(w/o tax), but we would have only paid $73.97(w/o tax).
