Monkey Business!

     Yesterday we celebrated John Mac's 2nd Birthday!!!  He will actually be 2 on Thursday the 10th, but yesterday we did the big cake and all the goodies with family and friends.   He is a true little monkey with all his cuteness and climbing abilities, so we had a Monkey themed party.  I even made him and the girls shirts to natch the decorations.  They were just too cute!  The party was so much fun and everyone enjoyed themselves.  We asked for no gifts, but still a few showed up, mostly from grandparents and such.  His biggest gift(literally) was his new John Deere tractor and trailer ride-on toy.  He was not so sure about it at first, but after a few of the other kids showed him how it worked, he was in love.  He cried when I told him it was time to leave.  After his nap today I hope we can get outside in this nice weather and take it for a spin.  I truly cannot believe that he is almost 2 years old, time does fly by!
