I can't believe that it's Christmas Eve already. The presents are wrapped, the crafting and baking are done. The only thing left is to visit with more family and wait for a special visitor tonight all while trying to remember the Reason for the Season. This time of year can be so busy and full of so many things other than the true meaning of it all. I'm trying so hard to put Christ in Christmas and every day for that matter. The girls and I have read the Christmas Story several times in Edi's Bible and even though we talk to our children about the true meaning of Christmas; the presents and the Santas sometimes feel as though they are overshadowing Christ. I just pray that the little things we do are enough to show our children what it's really all about!
